Easy Installation
Install our plugin in 3 easy steps:
- Download our plugin.
- Extract its contents onto your hard drive.
- FTP into your osTicket installation & find the osTicket root directory.
- On your computer, open the folder 'UPLOAD' where you extracted the zip file.
- Upload the contents of this folder into the osTicket root directory on the server.
- Login into osTicket.
- Go to Admin panel > Manage > Plugins.
- Make sure 'osTicket Motherload' is installed and enabled.
- Go to Admin panel > Manage > Plugins > osTicket MotherLoad (pick an instance)
- In Allowed Signals: add 'session.close'
- In Enabled Plugins: add 'plugin_coreMod'
- Click [Save]. You should see no errors being reported in the debugger.
To configure the plugin please read the 'Configuration' section of the 'readme' file which you can download below.
Remember, you have to enable 'osTicket Motherload' (and its instances), in order to activate it, so go to Admin panel > Manage > Plugins, check the plugin and click More > [Enable]
To uninstall:
- Before deleting the coreMod plugin for good:
- NOTE: You may decide to keep or restore files from the coreMod 'backup' folder.
- NOTE: You may decide to keep files from the coreMod 'coremods' folders.
- Remove/Disable the coreMod plugin from the motherload plugin page to stop its file monitoring activity.
- Delete the '/motherload/plugins/coreMod' folder.
